“I didn’t like the service”

“The location of the hotel was excellent. View of the ocean from our room can't be any better! The people of the check in counter were friendly and helpful. Although our room lost the access to TV, it was a minor problem. The entire hotel was so quiet with very few guests since we stayed there during the "off-season." Because of this, the choice of eating places was limited. But we had incredible time.”

“The front desk is amazing and very helpful. However, the employees in the restaurant seem disinterested to work. They are always frowning, never attentive and pretty cold. This takes away from the positives of the hotel. The hotel does not provide complimentary water too.”

“Ants and mosquitoes took over the room; housekeeper entered my room with a key twice, once while I was present and once when I clearly put the do not disturb sign on the door; management never followed up with my last complaint; a waiter was extremely rude to me. All these experiences made for a horrible stay after paying all the money to get there and for the hotel. Very bad business.”

“My stay at windblow was very disappointing. I was booked from Feb 22 to 3/1 and left on Feb 23. The studio apartment had no draws, no nightstand, the sink in the bathroom was so tiny we ended up washing our faces in the kitchen sink because we would bump our heads trying to use bathroom sink. The Villa advertised as “quiet time” at night but had a dog that wasn’t disclosed,on site that howled for long periods of time.The shower caddy was so nasty it looked like something was growing out of it...
