“All was good ”

“There was construction at the hotel and we were not aware. We tried to relax but construction occurred throughout the day. As a matter of fact, my mother was holding my son and a piece of construction wall fell and missed them by less than an inch. Food in the buffet was good but everywhere else was poor. My father missed the step in the hotel room and hit his head (not alcohol related). There was no sign to warn us to watch our step. The area/steps leading to dance club at the hotel smelled...

The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived.
