“Clean room, helpful and friendly staff, sufficient parking”

“Staff was helpful and warm, plenty love.The location and view marvelous,nice pool both bar personal Shania and Alecia were so loving and helpful made our stay comfortable. The front desk ladies did a fantastic job in welcoming us and ensuring our stay was comfortable.The restaurant staff ensured meals and drinks were on time and great taste. The hotel is booked for upgrade so improvement are on the way.”

“Staff very welcoming especially Melissa at reception and the security/Porter staff. Ocean view room was clean, lovely view. Dinner and breakfast was quite tasty. Unfortunately, experience was hampered by the large number of cats that literally took over the dining area! It made for quite an uncomfortable experience and for someone who is allergic to cats - it was not a pleasant experience. “Overall we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a Gauguin Suite, which felt more like a private villa than a hotel room.
