“This hotel have a very friendly staff . The room need deep cleaning , plus there was an odor in that room . The local breakfast was horrible .. you can do better .”

“Firstly the staff is amazing, they always greet you with a smile. Addititionally, they always asked how are you enjoying your stay. The rooms were well kept and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. I also went to street food Wednesdays which was so much fun, the music was pumping. I will definitely visit again in the near future. “Our stay at Silversands beach house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm and friendly and very attentive. We had a room with ocean view and a huge balcony. The food was also amazing, my absolute favorite was the wings. We ate breakfast everyday at the hotel except 1 day because the breakfast was that good. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a secluded getaway where the staff makes you feel welcomed.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Coyaba. The resort is beauitful and well maintained. The staff are really helpful and the location of resort is great. The food choices are excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do remember if you are premium all inclusive the fridge will be stocked up.”

“This was by far my favorite hotel so far! I can't express how wonderful the staff was. They were the Niiicest people I have ever met. The accommodations were amazing, everything was clean, fresh and prompt and the food was wonderful. Seriously....The staff was absolutely amazing!!! That can make or break a vacation, and they make me want to come back, so happy with my stay.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! This place is terrible far from everything. I paid for 6 days stayed for 1 day only and didn’t even get a partial refund. Towels was hard. There’s no front desk no security no cameras . You take ur own bags to the room there’s nothing to eat or drink around. Please save ur money and time. The lady is a fraud . She seems nice but she’s not . DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY here and Expedia didn’t help even. So I lost my money”
