“The hotel location is excellent to walk everywhere - beach, restaurants, shops. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, especially Elena. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The breakfast is improved from last year and has more options to choose from. The restaurant staff could improve in greeting clients and restaurant cleanness.”

“The room was bare bones, severely outdated, and felt creepy. A plastic spoon from a previous guest was on the floor in the room, I discovered a large dead cockroach under the sink, those large plaid curtains were so ugly and wrinkled. The child-like, small, painted furniture didn't help either. I was speechless. The toilet may have been leaking as well. There was a faint urine smell, and the grout around the toilet base appeared damp. Patio had old furniture and wasn't maintained. It was so...
