The location is excellent, directly between Plaza Grande and La Basilica, the colonial building is very nicely restored, the room was comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind and attentive. As an independent hotel, it was abundantly clear that they were doing all they could to give guests the best possible experience. Hands-down the best stay we had on our 2 week trip in Colombia and Ecuador."
