“THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! I arrived at this hotel and tried to check in around 8 pm. They notified that I couldn't stay at this hotel since all rooms are booked. I made a reservation via Hotels.com about 1 month ago and I didn't get any notice from the hotel in advance. They just let me know the situation when I checked in. “This place were really simple and good place. But to be 4 star hotel it could be little more upgraded. The bed was really good, breakfast was really good. All the warm food u need to order, which means it fresh and warm. Could be little more to choose between, but was ok. ”

“Being right on the strip, the noise of a night time was terrible from the nightlife and the shipworks that were going on, sleeping was a challenge. Checking in was very difficult without phoning ahead first, and even then our check in instructions were sent to a wrong number. Stayed for 7 nights but didn't once see the cleaner to get our towels and toilet rolls replaced, had to buy our own.
