“Staff wasn't properly trained, toilet didn't flush, smell of smoke in room . Good location”

“First of all, we didn't get the room we reserved. Bathroom floor was so dirty, my wife cleaned it with a white rag and it was black afterwards. The electrical outlets were coming out of the wall. When I went to grab a towel off of the towel rack, the rack fell off the wall. We had a reservation for 2 nights but left after the first. Will sleep in my car before I ever go back.”

“The room was over the registarion office and people in the office were talking loud to each other loud enough I could here it loudly in the room I was in. The next day I asked them to please not do it more. The noise resumes in less than one hour. They woke me up again before morning. I will never stay their again. It was disrespectful and uncalled for!”

“Entire property was super clean, including room. Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed here overnight after the Minster Oktoberfest festival. This hotel is the only one available close to the festival. “♥️”

“I've stayed at this Quality Inn when I'm in town on business, as it is central to everywhere I need to go, but is also away from high traffic for added vehicle security. The hearty continental breakfast includes fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy and cereals to begin the day; and the rooms are extra clean -- granite and wood polished, sheets and towels extra white and the TV/refrigerator/coffeemaker/hairdryer in...

“Breakfast was disgusting”

“Close to interstate but noise tolerable. Staff very helpful. Decent breakfast and property was very clean.”

“The room 127 was WET… 1st night we just thought they had perhaps just cleaned carpeting and overnight the AC would dry etc No seemed worse next day floor actually slippery… and even TP was like using a wet one”

“Floor was dirty... the linens need replacing because the smell clean but dont look clean... need a complete remodel”
