“Mtserlebi Resort is located in a small village that is calm, clean and safe. The resort rooms were very clean and completely equipped with toiletries, coffee pods, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels. There was 24 hr hot water supply. The views from this resort are stunning. They have a small but very informative museum with-in the resort. They have plenty of place to walk, large indoor and outdoor pool, play area for children, open bar and a fire place. Staff were very friendly.”

“Facility is basic, and we encountered a power outage from late afternoon to about 9 pm in the evening. Without power, water was also not available. With very limited English speaking skills, the staff were very nice and kind and tried their best to help 👍 The breakfast was also very simple. With the price we paid, a much higher quality of staying was expected.”

“This is a very simple hotel on a large very noisy road. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first.
