“Upon check-in. The receptionist could not location my reservation that was booked through expedia, and this further delayed us getting to our room. I had to dig into my email and find confirmation, and do all kind of screenshots and forward to this email address. It was too much. They took what was sent and allowed me to proceed. “This is my fifth trip to Freetown, but my first staying here. It is far and away the best hotel I've stayed in. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but it was worth the extra cost. The staff were attentive and courteous. The menu was extensive and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. ”

“Afgeleefd hotel; voorzieningen matig tot slecht. Geen elektriciteit , geen WiFi dus en zeer eenvoudig ontbijt. Op de kamer dus ook geen airco en dat is wel n hele overgang. Prijs/kwaliteit volledig uit balans. €40 zou al genoeg moeten zijn.”
