My folks and I had such a wonderful and memorable time in Singapore. Our stay at Ritz Carlton played a great role in this! Thank you for being kind, gracious, quick responses for all our questions before and during our stay and accommodating all our needs! The view from our Bayside room was to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and definitely look forward to go back to this beautiful place next time we visit Singapore!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Feels very luxurious and it was breathtaking. Walkable to fine dining, restaurants and main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and convenient.

All necessary things are furnished and prepared especially a landry machine is buld in, and all things kichen related are ready to use. Very nice for saying more than 5 days in Singapore. Breakfast is served complimentary except Sunday. Room cleaning/linen refreshing are not avilalbe on Sunday either. This is only thing I feel if it would be better. The Carleton is my #1 choice when in Singapore The value and location is my main reasons for choosing the Carleton over all other hotels in the area. The Raffles Hotel, Chines and Raffles City mall is literally a walk across the street. There is a food pavilion with small restaurants and bars with live entertainment and TV's for sports in the lower courtyard. The MRT is a short walk. Great stay and very easy to find and navigate the area. It was a clean and comfortable place with helpful staff. I would recommend the place and location for those interested in visiting the area.

We arrived at 0900 and they let us check into the room early which was so appreciated as we were very jet lagged and needed to sleep. Blackout curtains and a quiet room with great AC were welcome as well. Friendly staff.

The place is what you expect from a vacation resort. Did not disappoint. Location great, different walk paths for evening strolls, taxi is cheap to get you too tourist stuff or shopping. There’s a cable car network right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet has so much food, you’d think you were in Las Vegas buffet inside a casino.

The hostel is close to the centre, in front of a bus stop, although at a bit of walking distance from metro stations. I stayed here three nights. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful at helping me with my requests. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
