“The walls were very thin you could hear all the guests on all sides through the walls and doors loudly. You could hear the upstairs toilets flush loud in the walls. The buildings were not numbered on the outside of the buildings so even with the map that was given they were still hard to locate. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.”

“Hotel had a lot of character and was located in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa which made it very easy to explore the area. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Did not get a five star review because elevator was not working, which made it inconvenient since I was on 4th floor. Otherwise, hotel was well maintained and comfortable.”

“Resort was clean and rooms close to the pool. There is no elevator for the room buildings and our family room was upstairs so we had to haul everything up and down. Having a stroller with kids, this is not ideal. Bell desk service would be a good addition to make it feel like a 4 star. What makes up for this is the food was very good and the club with spa, tennis and pickleball is a very nice addition. Pool service was 3 star level, friendly but very basic.
