“Overall the property was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would’ve gave the hotel five stars but when they charged me a fee per day to park my car on the property that I paid auite a bit to stay for 4 days….yeah no 3 stars. I’ve stayed at hotels just as nice and there was no fee to park my car. I get it if it were valet parking but that wasn’t the case. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. You charge people high prices to stay, you should at least let them...

“Please Stay away repeat STAY AWAY......... communication was awful they say call from room phone but no phone in room. Blood on sheets, roaches, homeless man. The WORST please ever. Not clean at all. ”

“Be warned - It's not just one large hotel...there are 3 or 4 bldgs. Don't get the Jamaiican - dirty and small. Very deceiving!! I know of 2 families that complained and were able to move to a nicer bldg...after being charged another $250.00...I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! ”

“Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, outside and inside amenities are wonderful. The rooms, however, are very small/tight for it to sleep 6. The furniture in the sitting area is dated and the entire suite could use a DEEP cleaning. Between the cost of the room and the additional resort and parking fees, I would have expected a CLEANER more MODERN setting. It was not bad...but it was also NOT worth it. I would choose Ocean Enclave and prepare or pick up...
