"We were greeted in reception on arrival by Walter who was very kind and helpful. The room (Executive King Club Room) was fabulous- comfortable, clean and super comfortable bed. The executive lounge staff are great - welcoming and friendly, they looked after us well at breakfast and cocktail hour.
