“Enjoyable stay.”

“This was my second time staying here. I love the friendly, local feel compared to high end "American" style resorts. This small resort is on the Caribben side of the island with much calmer and pleasant waters than the Atlantic side. No meals are included but there is a reasonable restaurant/bar on-site. In addition there are a number of beachside restaurants/bars easily walkable. The staff couldn't have been better. They were friendly, available for help with baggage, answer questions, call...

“Good location, lots of food options within walking distance, supermarket a few mins drive away, helpful staff, parking is a bit tight, sargassum has the beach in a bad state, the room and grounds was clean and for the price, its a good option.”

“Property is kinda old and grounds not well maintained . Property is beach front so this is excellent , but the room was old . There was no microwave and generally the place could be more modernized .”

“The Hamilton beach front rooms have a gorgeous view looking out toward St. Kitts but the property needs a lot of maintenance and clean up.”

“Loved my room and enjoyed my few days on the property. It was quiet due to it being low season. I did appreciate the respect having a restaurant on site that serves local Caribbean food. There is nothing worse than a property only having “continental” food and not proving an opportunity to enjoy local cuisine. The staff were all friendly and helpful anytime I had a question. They were great about booking transportation and excursions for me.”

“The property was awesome, the 2-bedroom villa was excellent and the whole staff was pleasant. However, they will have to figure out the seaweed issue, because not being able to use the beach at the resort can’t be a long-term solution.”
