Such a nice friendly place to stay, inparticular the staff are so friendly. The pool area is excelent, the rooms are in the process of being updated, some are still to be done and do look a little tired but are clean an comfortable.

Ideally located to many restaurants, activities and Timothy Hill Beach. Service from staff is exceptional. Accommodation is comfortable however the infrastructure is a bit dated and when there is sargassum on the beach, the smell is overwhelming. We had a garden room so only affected by it when we went to the pool closer to the sea.

Staff was very helpful, kids loved the pool, and the location was great with lots of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The rooms do need updating and it seems the hotel is working on getting it done, but the staff keep the rooms clean. I would stay again!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning is exceptional. The beach isn't really useable so we drove to other more popular beaches. The gardens and pools are exceptional and the grounds keepers do an amazing job.

Very peaceful and sufficient for our stay. Clean pools. Nice breezes. Rooms are clean and sufficient. The manager and staff are very nice. Safe. It's not the Marriott (which is like Disneyland! and not my vibe) but for the value, it's good!! Nice people by the pool. Bummer you can't swim in the Atlantic but the bayside is an easy walk. Very chill. No complaints!
