“Had a nice villa to stay in for a few days. Having kitchen and laundry in the villa provides ease and convenience for the stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Yachtsman grill was closed for work, so we could not utilize the dining there on site, but plenty of options within a short drive. ”

Set on a hill in Nevis, the views are just beautiful, we were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony facing the sea. The complimentary breakfast choices are so good - excellent options are available and with complimentary afternoon tea and choicy lunch/dinner menus, you will never go hungry here. “This is our second visit to Timothy Beach, the rooms have been re-decorated and new air con fitted. They are currently installing solar panels on the rooftops. My only niggle is there is no courtesy room. When you have a late flight home and have to spend the day on the beach you cant shower and change. It wouldn't take much to have something and then guests could book a time slot. Something to think about !”

“I had a lovely stay. Overlooked the Dolphin Discovery. The only let down is no options to buy light snacks with the supermarket 20 mins walk away. A little shop or vending machine with some biscuits, chocolate, crisps etc would be great to get Guests through to the morning. ”

“Convenient location and beautiful views. Located just down the street from water taxi pier; makes it easy to get to. Restaurant on site has good food and makes grabbing a bite easy to do. The views from the beach are amazing and sunset is spectacular. ”

“Amazing historic hotel in a great setting - we loved our stay here. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and attentive owner and staff: great breakfasts, good quality food and an honesty style bar if nrequired. Monkeys around cottage were an unexpected bonus. The gingerbread cottage was peaceful and comfortable, and the whole place has a colonial laid-back vibe.”

“The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”
