“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. “The room was a terrible location right on the road and above the reception. So we had gospel music blasting from the reception area and the noise of the road and everything outside clearly audible. Breakfast was terrible. I asked staff for a room change and they said they would get back to me and never did.”

“Pros: gorgeous location and property. Beautiful landscaping and views. We had the suite you could swim out into the pool. Great views. Hardly anybody there and it felt like our own place. The staff is very attentive if you need anything, they will help you. Everyone is really nice and friendly while we were there. Suggestions : if the staff were more anticipatory rather than waiting for you to ask them. There is no real service at all down by the beach so if they had somebody walk down...
