“I had an extremely poor experience at easyHotel Ipswich and would not stay here again. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to add my daughter to the booking but received no response. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival. “This place is possibly the best we have stayed in. The customer service was second to none, every single member of staff, and there seemed to be quite a few, was extremely obliging and friendly. The court yard room was immaculate and had everything you needed. The Breakfast was the best we have had. We ate in the restaurant three nights and the food was great as was the choice on the menu. Bar had plenty of choices of drinks. Good area to explore with plenty of places nearby. We would recommend...

“Very Good hotel nice staff ”

“Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and happy to help. Breakfast menu had a good choice, I chose a full English, which was lovely. Great choice of beers at the bar, at least six of which are brewed in house. Wonderful. Only stayed one night should have been two just to taste those beers.”
