“Absolutely repulsive. From the moment I arrived, the property felt dirty, neglected and sketchy, with people drinking and smoking on the exterior balconies. Inside was filthy, musty and incredibly run-down. My room smelled awful and the deadbolt did not work. I was moved to another room, which also lacked a secondary security lock. This is not about dated decor. It is about cleanliness, maintenance and basic security. I am shocked this operates under the Best Western name. Never again.”

“The owner Mike and his son run a motel within about 15 minutes of Williamsport PA. making it convenient to the LLWS. The owner and his son are accommodating, and friendly. The rooms are basic, but clean. Maintenance appears to be non professional as the caulking and drywall repairs indicate.
