Parking was decent, staff was friendly, but the room just felt kind of sketchy. My bed was very firm and the heater in the room was incredibly hot, even on the lowest possible heat setting. The continental breakfast was kind of mediocre too, wasn't too impressed, but it was a place to stay, and they offered food, so it satisfied it's requirements

The property needs a full cleaning and serving top to bottom. The rugs in common halls were dingy, the rooms had cobwebs in the corners and the tub leaked out of many faucet handles. While the staff were helpful and nice, the whole building seemed very sketchy.

This hotel is very run down and hasn't been updated at all. It's in original condition and pretty old. It's fairly clean and quiet and I slept well. But the heater in my room didn't work. They offered to change rooms or give me more blankets, and I didn't really need it in October. Mostly I was pointing out that when I tried turning on the heater there were open, visible sparks up in the ceiling cavity, an obvious fire hazard, and they weren't overly concerned. There was one dim lamp in the room, no other lighting other than the bathroom light. The floor was squishy and uneven from north to south. Very strange but not that unusual for Wyndham. In general the hotel was mostly clean and quiet and is secluded away from nearby traffic. There was a night and day different between the Williamsport hotel and my hotel the following night in Portage, Indiana, another Wyndham hotel of the same price. Wyndham hotels are very unpredictable though they claim that they are all up to a certain standard. Definitely not true.

i purchased 2 rooms. the double queen bed room was nice. the deluxe room was unacceptable. Jacuzzi did not work at all. that was the main reason for booking that room. Staff was very helpful. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Outside the rooms needs an upgrade. Hallway smelled like the carpet has water damage. Parking was great. Grade - 6 out of 10

The first room we were put in was all the way in the back of the property, veeeeery sketchy. The lights nor the phone worked, water pouring out across the floor from the mini fridge, the bathroom lights did not work, there was a horrible smell in the room, the parking lot to get back there had huge craters for potholes all over, and pieces of ceiling tile missing and falling out. We immediately called from our cell to the desk and he said he would put us up in the front. He was nice and polite and that was the only good thing. This next room was slightly better but not very clean at all. There was stuff on the walls, dirt on the floor, the mirror was filthy, the celings were again half constructed and cables coming out. We walked to the vending machine to get drinks and there was dirty qtips in the middle of the wallway floor and again the entire building was in absolute disrepair. we were too exhausted at this point to fight any further.
