We couldn't have found a nicer place in the area to stay than the lovely, old Genetti Hotel. Even with some renovations in the beautiful lobby restoring the ceiling, we were impressed and didn't mind the construction (it was quiet). The hotel has an interesting history some of which can be found in photos lining the corridor walls. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean, charming and inviting. The buffet breakfast was a real hit with everyone in our group and the well-maintained pool iced the cake. I'm looking forward to going back when the lobby restoration is complete and the magnificent chandeliers get appreciated even more.

Historic property is conveniently located in the business district of Williamsport, PA. The entire Hotel Staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The property is old, but clean, well maintained, and under renovation. It has a pleasant turn-of-the-century vibe, which is noteworthy now but will be even better after the renovations are completed.

Although this is a old hotel, it is amazingly clean. The staff could not be friendlier and quite honestly one of the best breakfast you can get in this type of price range. They put Hampton Inn in the Marriotts to shame!

The property was very conveniently located to our Annual Conference at the Community Arts Center. The view of the beautiful pool was very nice, though it would have been nice had the pool been open when we were able to use it. It was closed Thursday, and though it opened Friday, by the time we finished for the day, it was closed (9:00 pm.). The room was quiet and pretty comfortable. We appreciated the chair and ottoman, since my wife is unable to spend an entire night in a bed. The bathroom was functional, though the blow dryer was missing from the dispenser, and the water in the shower was just barely warm enough for showers. The sink water was very hot, but the shower could have been warmer. Breakfast was terrific and the very busy waitresses were very helpful and friendly. We will be back again next year, as long as we can get in. Thank you to the staff of the Genetti!
