terrible work means, they send my invoice to other person who i knew
i dont know how can this hotel know that person and why they sent my invoice to that person, and why they didnt say sorry to me even though i complaint

“Au lieu de payé 286 euros comme annoncé. La dame de l'accueil s'est trompé et nous a fait payé 386 euros. Toutes les activités sont payantes tandis qu'il est indiqué qu'elles sont gratuites. Personnelle pas très souriant et peu courtois pour beaucoup. Pas d'eau ni d'électricité ni d'internet dans tout le gîte et aucune possibilité de se faire rembouser une partie du séjour. ”
