We only received a reply on the day of arrival, which is completely unprofessional. When we arrived at Lato Lato Resort, we were not assisted properly and were told the resort was overbooked. Without prior notice, we were simply moved to another resort. We later found out that the Agoda and ebookers accounts are managed by a boat driver, not the...

“Budget hotel so didn’t expect much however when I was taking a shower the water heater stopped functioning so I had to use the water from basin. I almost got electric shock when I turn on the hair dryer. I freaked out and dropped it.”

“The staff were lovely! Pool area was lovely at night - maybe screen off the construction site next door. Kind of ruins the vibe during the daytime. Room was basic but clean”

So worth it because the town is fun at night , many local restaurants, many gift shops , even a place to exchange money . Massage was about $25 USD , legitimate massage . The seafest hotel is at the ideal spot but that was sold out . This one was perfect , I even had a great view of the water ....

“地點超棒，走到漁港和浮潛集合地點、魚市場只要幾分鐘。 海景無敵超級棒。7又不會西曬。 服務人員很親切，效率很好。 客房很乾淨，設備不是很豪華，但是品質還可以。 我們住了3個晚上，沐浴乳、洗髮精用完了，早上打掃都沒有來補充”

“Much better from other hotel nearby. Spacious compare to its kind.”
