"Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed. "Honestly... It is the most exciting wanderfull experience I ever had in Istanbul. The place is very clean, facilities are fantastic, food is very delicious and well organised. Very comfortable, calm, prices during the season are still reasonable. A special thank to Mr. Talha Can from the front desk, very helpful and polite, great attitude and manner... "Overnight stop. Well situated before Turkey / Greece border behind petrol station. New building and rooms. Very clean, great bed. Friendly staff. Restaurant next door serves traditional Turkish fare, all fresh cooked, and basic Turkish breakfast. Motel is sold as non-smoking, but there is always one. Management need to tightenup. Standing smoking at an open window, not acceptable as smoke blows in. Sensitive cigarette smoke detectors should be fitted in rooms and public areas."
