“Appartement très propre. Parfois lumière extérieur porte absente. Très confortable dans l'ensemble mais manque une chaise ou petit meuble dans les chambres pour poser la valise. Un petit souci, il pleuvait souvent durant le séjour et on ne pouvait pas s'abriter à l'entrée de l'appartement ou sur la terrasse. Merci au personnel.”

“What an amazing stay. Grand, elegant and tastefully restored farmhouse set in immaculate grounds. Our hosts, Helen and Jean were so welcoming and gave us do many useful ideas about places and restaurants to visit. We loved the breakfast with homemade jams, French toasts and local delicacies in a sublime outdoor setting. An amazing stay in a beautiful room and would definitely recommend a stay and would love to return.”

“Le domaine est très grand, très bien entretenu et au milieu de la nature. Le gîte est superbement décoré. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.”

Petit déjeuner simple mais bien servi, literie de grande qualité, équipement de la chambre complet. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, ce peut-être une inconvénient par temps très chaud. ”

“The hosts are both very attentive and also respect your privacy. We chose to eat in every night and the hosts discussed the meal before hand which included fantastic ingredients for the price, all prepared in an open kitchen while you chat or sit at the well appointed bar. We had some delicious drinks prepared and the house wines were good and paired to your meal. The overall price for the meals and drinks was very good value given the quality ingredients and not short on portion size! Lovely...

“Ce séjour au château de Mons en Armagnac était une halte pour un plus long trajet. L’accueil a été parfait, la jeune femme était souriante et à notre écoute. Le gros point négatif était que le restaurant était fermé le soir et on a été prévenu de cela que la veille nous empêchant d’annuler notre réservation. Nous voulions éviter de reprendre la voiture pour sortir manger ailleurs. ”

“10박동안 사용하면서 좋았던 점은 도심과 가깝고 조용했으며, 넉넉하게 접시와 식기도구가 있었다는 점이다. 단점은 직원이 호텔비 계산을 엉망으로 해서 여행 내내 기분을 망쳤다는 점이다. 결국 환불을 받아냈는데 그 와중에 나는 싸움을 해야만 했다. 해어 드라이어가 높이 들어올렸을 때만 작동을 해서 나는 까치발을 들고 드라이를 해야했고 내 왼손은 항상 뜨거워 데였다. 다시 이곳에 돌아온다면 이 숙소를 선택하는 일은 없을 것이다. ”

“The Serra was truly wonderful. It surpassed much more expensive hotels we have stayed at even taking account of status upgrades. The room was spacious and beautiful- one small criticism is the low hanging light over the table which I hit with my head - twice. But a lovely bath and separate huge shower along with high quality towels and robes. Lovely bar, sitting area and restaurant. I sound like an advert - but it was really that good.”

“Room booked wasn't room offered. Staff didn't apologise when they were made aware of situation. Got room changed. Free drink on arrival was a joke. Receptionist who had checked us in 10 minutes earlier and helped change our room to correct room refused to recognise me when I asked about free drink on arrival. When she finally accepted who I was she then stipulated that the offer was only for accor hotel members. I showed I was a classic accor member then she said only open to silver members....
