"10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. "Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place enough… Its a beautiful little spot 10 minutes from downtown Panajachel by tuktuk (which are very easy to book with Jenna’s B&B). Being that its not downtown its nice and quiet, you get to take in and truly enjoy the view of Lake Atitlan all while being close enough for daily activities. The Syrian food at the restaurant was astounding, it was the best meal we had on our entire trip. Rooms are clean and cozy, staff was wonderful, need I say more… Note: you will have an amazing view of the lake but there is no access to the lake from the B&B."

"This hotel was breathtaking. Very well maintained. The pool was amazing. The staff was great. The only issue I had was that with all the plants comes bugs. I didn’t realize until our last day all the little black ants in our bed. My daughter had bug bites all over her arm. I did not bring this up with the staff because I figured it comes with the territory and we were only there 2 nights. Another thing is no air conditioning. This is on their website so it was not a surprise and although the nights were cool just not cold enough for me. Again this is not the hotels fault. I would still recommend this place to others."

"I stayed for 3 nights 4 day, hotel staff were always very kind and helpful, from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff all were amazing. Clean rooms and housekeeping attended to the rooms daily. Loved the view and the easy access to the lake. Walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Pool and garden area nice and clean. I did not try the restaurant because prices were higher compared to other local restaurants but it did look good."

"place and people very nice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ finding the place is hard is in a very small and long way alley that only motorcycle can go inside NO sign on the main Street to know that is inside the alley and you need to pay Q50 quetzales for car parking a night. Recomend to call first before you take any parking they will send someone to help you to find the spot .CALL FIRST."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lush! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very eco-friendly, which made the experience even more special. I was initially a little worried because the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but it actually gets quite cool at night, so we didn’t really need it. They also provide fans if you get warm, which was a nice touch. The hotel is also very well located, everything was like 2 min walk in San Marcos, Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely come back!"
