"The room reeked of smoke (non-smoking hotel) the door around the handle was black with dirt 2 the floors were dirty, the heating/ac unit smelled like something was burning when we put the heat on - we have stayed there many times but it was so dirty and the smell was awful - will probably not stay there ever again. "Property definitely in the heart of Buffalo. Able to walk all over although in some areas we felt uncomfortable due to the homeless situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating and very nice. Not a lot of shopping close by and we found some of the restaurants closed. Our stay was fine altogether."
