“Nice basic hotel close to where we needed to go.”

“Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”

“I never stayed in the hotel after check in I went to my room and the entire hotel was disgusting and had homeless people staying in rooms that the door handles were broken out of. It felt really unsafe after I found my room. I decided I wasn’t comfortable or safe staying in the hotel so I went back to the front desk and told them I would not be staying and they said they would handle processing my refund”

“We’ve stayed here passing through for a night a couple times and would stay again. Beds were cozy, shower was surprisingly pleasant and spacious (no weirdly high or low pressure or getting pelted by a few streams of water!) and check-in was quick and efficient. The room seemed clean for the most part, but some things (like sections of caulk in the bathroom that were black) need a little TLC. “This hotel services a small country village somewhat off the beaten path and as such does not have all the facilities of a major hotel. There are just a handful of guest rooms, all on a second floor walk up with no lobby. Check-in is done automatically/remotely. Still, it is a very serviceable and pleasant location to stay at when visiting the immediate area. The only request we would make would be to add a blow dryer to the bathroom amenities.”
