One of the best Comfort Inn's I have stayed. The room was spotless, no smells and well supplied. The staff was courteous and accommodating and very friendly. The hotel was well lit and accessible as well. I will come back given the opportunity and definitely recommend to others.

Shor overnight stay

A quick overnight stay while visiting friends in the area. Hotel felt like an oasis in the middle of nowhere but we didn't travel any further west and in rural NY a whole town could have been hidden around the next hill or bend. Hotel was exceptionally quiet, we were the only guests around when we went down for breakfast; food was good and the quiet setting was perfect for the hangover I was nursing lol.

Terrific hotel

This hotel had everything I always wanted in a travelers hotel. Shower instead of tub, plenty of outlets for electronics including USB outlets. And to top it off, a light sensitive nightlight in the bathroom. This place was like a dream come true. Bed was comfy, linens were nice and the whole hotel was very clean.

Nice new place

The motel seemed new. There was no sign which was disconcerting but the place was lovely. Only one person on staff but he managed well considering he was alone. The beds were comfortable. The food was good.

This facility appears to be brand new. Everything is clean and beautiful and well-stocked. The man at the check was friendly and helpful. We really liked him. The hotel does not yet have a sign out front and there is nothing within walking distance but plenty of restaurants near by if you have a car. Easy access to downtown Medina with its wonderful, historic buildings.

Our stay wasn’t “terrible”, a hotel is a hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, clean sheets, hot shower, continental breakfast in the morning ( only served from 7am-10am where almost all other hotels I’ve visited breakfast starts at 6am) And with the unfortunate lack of any other hotels close to the vicinity of Medina NY options are extremely limited, but we booked our stay and hoped for the best. Our teenage child had an over the weekend event in the area and needed a close by establishment to return to overnight, while myself and significant other chose to attend a concert at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo and would return a few hours later than or child would finish for their day. All mentioned factors worked out perfectly, the sad and disappointing point is this hotel’s check in time is 3pm also the same as almost any other while we were willing to pay an added fee to check in early,also like almost any other offering early check in/late check out this hotel does not and would not allow this. They claimed on a voice phone call they were short staffed, were extremely booked and couldn’t ensure a room would be clean in time for an earlier check in. We decided to venture through the town to kill some time and after a few hours went to the hotel to face to face ask if we could pay an added fee to check in early and was once again turned away so for another 2.5 hours sat in their empty parking lot, while we were told it was extremely booked and very busy If we can help we won’t be back

Good and not so good.

The hotel had no visible signage inside or out and there were very few guests. In fact, I only saw 5 other people and they were in town to attend the same wedding. It made for a quiet stay but it was a bit creepy (It was Halloween.) The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Although I was ultimately only charged for the three nights I actually stayed, there was a problem with the billing while I was onsite. I had reduced my stay from 4 to 3 nights, prior to arriving, and in the morning I realized I had been charged for the original 4 nights plus an additional night. The clerk said it was because I had reserved my stay until Friday which was not the case and I even showed her the itinerary from Hotels.com but she said the manager would need to handle the situation but he was not available until 4pm which was the time of the wedding. The next day was busy with another family activity and a flat tire on my van. On Thursday, the day of my departure, I found a tire repair shop and then returned to the hotel to checkout. That same clerk I had dealt with previously said I wasn’t scheduled to leave until Friday. I reminded her I never reserved a room for that night and said I would be calling the manager once I returned home but that I needed to leave then. Once I returned home I noticed a charge for another night on my credit card. These were all pending charges but it was over $1100 for 6 nights when I only stayed for 3. Good ending thankfully.
