“호텔 외부 차량 통로가 좁고 주차시설이 많이 부족하였음. 호텔내 수영장 아침에 8시경 갔으나 수질이 좋지 않았음.(좀더 일찍 정리 필요함) , 야간에 호텔 주위가 상당히 시끄러운 편이라 조금 민감한 분들은 숙면에 방해가 될수 도 있으며호텔 밖의 편의 시설이 부족하였음. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하였고 세심히 배려해주어 감사하였음. 아침 조식의 경우 메뉴가 많이 부족하여 한국인, 일본인 등은 먹을만한 음식이 별로 없어 조금 불편하였음. ”

“친절하고 좋았습니다 하지만 종교적인 이유로 음식에 제한이 어느정도 있습니다. 현재 엘레베이터 공사로 인해서 움직임에 불편함이 있습니다. ”

“I stayed 2 nights there from 15th to 17th Sep 2017. They promised free breakfast for 2 persons, but they charged additional 400 BDT for 2days. I booked the 2 twin beds and 205 sq-foot room with garden views, but i should stay one bed room and could not see any garden from the room. I think Lemon garden resort is cheating hotel.”

“this hotel is located on the main street of Agartala. Staff are very friendly and eager to help at any point of time. Politeness is everywhere in this hotel. Food is good and restaurant has a nice environment. But the coffee was not up to the mark. ”

“Really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly there is no back up generator when the power goes off. Very hard place to find if don't have sat nav! Very reasonable price for stay and you must order evening meal at least two hour before you want eat. ”

“It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. Breakfast was a bit shabby, they could do better with at least 2 meat items to choose from. Location is properly...

“Why do you sell for such property with whom you don’t have any agreement. My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. And of course reimburse the charges you did on my card as I had to stay elsewhere at the last moment and pay for that.”

“网站显示酒店3星半，比吉大港半岛酒店星级还高。但是实际上到了酒店一看，的确令人汗颜。酒店就在市场附近，交通、环境都比较差。而且酒店内部环境根本就达不到星级条件。相当于国内没有星级的普通宾馆。”

“I liked the staff. I did not like the rooms”

“First of all, they kept me awaiting at the lobby for 45 minutes even though I arrived past 2 PM check in time. The room was not serviced the next day when I returned to hotel from shopping outside. Nobody says sorry for any mishaps. Nobody says it will be fixed right the way. Breakfast buffet had very limited choice. I found a huge cockroach in the breakfast room in a corner next to my table. Service is really bad at this hotel. Stay away.”

“It's far from the city and near to Neermahal has a beautiful surrounding, only issue is a slow management and the condition of the toilet is not good. Food options are not much but service is good.No cupboards and electricity keeps going off.”
