“Très bon hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons eu un petit soucis car nous avions demandé à ce que notre chambre soit nettoyer et ça n'a pas été fait mais nous en avons discuté avec le responsable qui c'est excusé et nous a directement surclassé. Le restaurant est bon, mais les serveuses manque d'expérience .. sinon l'hôtel est très propre avec de bon service et très bien situé. Je vous le recommande”

“This is a beautiful hotel, perfectly situated for exploring Troyes. Safe car parking, wonderfully attentive, knowlegeable and friendly staff and excellent spa facilities. My only slight gripe is that breakfast was a bit average compared to some of the other hotels we've stayed at on this holiday: perfectly good, but I think we were expecting a little 'more'!? And please can we have a full length mirror in the bedroom! That said, we would highly recommend this hotel.”

“What a wonderful little hotel! So pretty and characterful. It's in a fabulous location in the city centre, right next to restaurants, brasseries and bistrots, and only a few minutes walk from the cathedral, canal and museum. The staff were lovely and so helpful (special thanks to the gentleman who warmly welcomed us on the evening off 26/08). “Sur le chemin de Compostelle, nous avions choisi de nous reposer deux jours à cet hotel... Sympa aec accès à la piscine au jacuzzi et au sauna jusque 20 h30 ! Très proche du lac et de ses restaurants. Les chambres réartes dans des petits bungalows sont très sympas. ”
