“This place is a bit of a ghost town. Management is absent from the property and the staff, while nice and well-meaning, can't confirm your booking or access your records at check-in. It's you to prove you've booked with your receipt. Then they have no idea which room you booked and you've got to look around the hotel til it matches the picture and description on the receipt. Staff were really helpful with luggage though.”

“Staff very helpful. Few issues with the building and checking needing ironing out. It's on my return list.”

“This is a wonderful place. Everything was great except slow wifi even though this level of internet speed must be better than most hotels in uganda.”

“No electricity and no internet for the entire period of stay”
