라마다 플라자 바이 윈덤 타슈켄트

8/10 좋아요

"To be honest, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. When I first requested a room change due to the noise outside my room, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes without anything being done. The staff kept telling me, “Just five more minutes.” It would have been much better if they had given me a more realistic estimate of how long it would actually take. In the second room, I could constantly hear the sound of running water coming from the air conditioner, so I had to change rooms once again. The hotel was exceptionally clean, but the facilities seem to need maintenance and repairs. Overall, while I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the room issues and the way they were handled made my stay less comfortable than it should have been."
