“Bathroom faucet not working. Ice maker not working. A/c unit knobs not legible. Didn’t know if I had heat or a/c. The bed base was squeaking every time you moved! I’ve stayed in this property 5-6 times before and this was my last. Shaky neighbors in the building in front of this hotel made me and my wife feel unsafe (smoking weed and drinking alcohol in the open). Front desk acknowledged it!!”

“It is always hard to trust when a place gets so many glowing reviews but this hotel was wonderful in every way. It's small, but quiet, in a beautiful outdoor setting along the creek and covered bridge, had a brand new pickle ball courts, pool/hot tubs/sauna, the rooms were extremely spacious without everything you could need, and the included breakfast was quite good. It was in a great location and we would definitely return!”

“Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

“The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance....

“Stay was really nice, I would stay here again! The staff was so friendly, room was spacious and amenities were great. Right next to a bowling alley which was cool. Breakfast was standard but good. The hot tub was a bit colder than I like but the staff did try to adjust it.”
