"Location to all of the Stowe activities and restaurants is amazing. The timber lodge was really cute, perfect for a family of 4. The indoor pool could use some updating but the kids didn’t mind. Will definitely check it out again in the summer"

"It is a unique place with a lot of history behind it. It has a European feel, great food, things to do, and a caring staff and management since it remains family owned and operated business. Everywhere fresh flowers, mostly from the resort's own greenhouse, wonderful atmosphere, great views, and an upscale spa, sauna, and outdoor and indoor pools."

"The ski slopes were accessible. Staff was friendly. Hotel could use upgrading and fix wall paper patches that are peeling. Adding a grab and go breakfast would be helpful."

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent bar and grille, pool and exercise room with generous hours. A little noisy as some parents let their kids free range about. However, very comfortable room, beds and great views."
