“We live this place, have been there lots but Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner. Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night. On the plus side, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.”

“The staff were lovely and friendly, pub itself very nicely decorated and room (we were 117) was large, well equipped and clean. Lighting was poor and bathroom needed a face lift but good shower and amenities. Big downside of the whole experience was that we were directly above a nightclub which played extremely loud music from 10pm - 02.15. Our bed and floor were vibrating it was so loud. The tunes were good but not when you’re trying to sleep!!”

Place has a microwave in room and fully equipped kitchen downstairs “ communal” Spotlessly clean. “Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). He directed us towards a nearby place...

“The room had everything we needed and was good value for the price. But the level of cleanliness was not what we were expecting. Could have done with a deep clean and some new bed linen as it was a bit marked and old”
