"The property itself and the rooms are lovely. We arrived at supper time on friday night. Found no one on site to check us in. Had to call a phone #, which told us i should have received an email with check in information, i did not. Also i had no internet to check that. Eventually got checked in. Door code didn't work. Had to call back, have it reset from them. By this time 7 pm and no restaurant in town open. Drove to Gore Mountain ski hill, food and service was awesome. Sat went hiking returned home around 4pm. Door code again did not work. Called again, this time he called in his housekeeper, waited over 40 minutes to get new code, which only worked intermittently. Very frustrating. On fri night had very loud guests next to us who did not quiet down until 4:30 am, but no one to call to ask for assistance with this. "

"There is no gym (as of April 2026). Any listing saying there's a fitness center is inaccurate. The staff there are very nice and the property is good. It's a good value."

"Great location ! The bed could be more comfortable and I would double check on making sure the rooms are cleaned entirely. And the pillow sheets need to be changed . Breakfast could be better as not a lot of choices . But the staff and the environment is great . "
