“Smoking room booked, room in horrible condition. From deep Holes in the walls, to bed, bathtub and carpets covered in burn holes. Windows not functioning. Breakfast a joke. Public Ice machine empty. Right next to noisy highway. ”

“This hotel is one of the biggest ripoffs in the area. Their cancellstion and reservation policies are borderline criminal. ”

“Really nice stay but I missed breakfast :-( I will need to get moving faster next time.”

“Breakfast was so/so. Milk was going bad, powdered eggs, biscuits tasteless. But sausage and muffins filled the empty spot. Room was clean. Bed was not the most comfortable but for one night it was okay. ”

“Room was very nice and bed very comfy. Clean, breakfast was great as was the pool. Fire and Ice has delicious food but some items can be pricey. Overall, a great, quiet stay!”

“Just quick stay to sleep and then back on the road”

“Came in rushed through Check in. Nothing explained. Bar was supposed to be open by sign. Sat down there for several hours no one came and asked if we wanted a drink. The restaurant is pizza we did not want that. Breakfast was nothing special. ”

“I cannot believe that the pictures for the hotels are not verified. So misleading. Was very disappointed. They must have taken the pictures from a different hotel because it definitely was not the same place we stayed. Dirty and looked like a run down roach infested motel. Never again will I stay at any Days Inn. I wish I could get a refund!”

“Pet-friendly place to stay. Excellent staff. Room was clean, but had initially a bit of a smell (maybe do to being a pet room?), nothing terrible. Faucet on sink could stand to be fixed or replaced. Other than that it was a quiet, excellent stay.”

“Clean rooms, the staff was amazing great looking property and around a lot of food options. There is no free breakfast here it’s only available in the restaurants. ”

“Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. ”

“Breakfast was simple but nice. Bit of a sprawling complex compared to similar motels but well lit and everything is easy to find. Laundry is inexpensive and works well. They take pets, which is awesome.”

“Construction next door. Renovations in Candlewood. Extended our stay with add’l day. Computer cancelled our keys early. ALL computer requests for ck in/ck out were listed incorrectly—-there is no fifth floor.”

“Hot tub broken. Pool a very chilly 72 degrees on my watch, so cold even my kids didn’t want get in, and they are like fish always swimming. Pool room was very dim, every light on the ceiling was out except one in the corner, and then one by the hot tub. Room was in dim basement that smelled odd. Room had several shoddily patched walls, especially in the bathroom where it was cracking open down low. There were a few red spots on the comforter and one red smear on the sheet which was gross....
