A decent place to stay for a few nights without having to spend a lot of money. Asked for our room to be made up and it wasn’t. Didn’t mind too much because we knew a lot of people were coming and going. Cared more about the towels and toilet paper stuff being restocked. Staff was friendly. Didn’t feel the cleanest but could be due to an older building.

Staff did everything possible to feel welcome! Breakfast was surprisingly good! But place itself is a roadside motel with nice hotel prices! Ridiculous! First when we opened our room door-smells! Smells like “old people house “ (sorry but it best I can describe it). Everything in the room got the better days at least 50 years ago. Even for one night I won’t recommend this place.

I read the reviews and expect something much better, our rooms had a musty smell, had to let the rooms air out for a long time, but it wasn't until the morning that the smell finally left. Staff was very friendly and polite. I reported the TV not working, displayed was messed up, was told someone would come, no one did. Had to report again in the morning. Breakfast was standard, tasted good. It does have a pool and playground, it's a big property so walking is required to get to different areas depending on where your room is at.

Best Western Coach House in Sringfield, Missouri was very comfortable , clean and friendly. Even though it is an older property, it is well maintained. You can park outside your suite. Breakfast was excellent !

The outside looked quant with a horse stable theme. The room stunk when we opened the door. There were a variety of bugs alive and dead on the window seal. A bug was on the mattress and stains on the bedding sides. There was a large amount of dog hair when the bedskirt was lifted. We quickly got out of the room and gave the keys back to the front desk. The front desk lady was very nice at check in and when the key was returned.
