“We paid for 3 rooms. One of them the AC unit had to be replaced. One of them smelled musty so they changed our room and the other had a bug that I took a picture of. The entire interior needs an update and clean! From floors to old mold in shower. I guess you get what you pay for for 70$ a night. Staff was nice. Breakfast was cold one day it was only 9am. Very good location wise just hate to see it deteriorated. Locally owned by the way. I forgot to mention how humid it is inside!! You only get...

“The Pool(s) were small based on the size of the resort. We were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. Seating was very limited. The elevator in the building was out of order and we were not informed of that. The room we were assigned we enjoyed. My reservation did say condominium and we passed those as we were assigned to a building. This is a newly Hilton acquired property and compared to other Hilton property stays I’m sure there will be plenty of updates.”

“Beautiful setting over looking the lake, needs updates over all bed was comfortable I guess I expected nicer for the price of the stay. Branson was just not as impressive as a whole. Very pricey”

“Check in was fast and the room was clean and ready except everything felt wet comforter and sheets even the paper bag that we left out was damp the next morning and there was a huge water stain or mold not sure which one the ceiling.”

“The property is absolutely gorgeous, every detail well thought out. Definitely the best place to be to celebrate the nation’s 250th. The staff was so helpful at all establishments on site. Tons for everyone to do and also relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend!”
