“The staff was incredibly helpful and there for any questions we had. We had a very early flight and had no problem getting someone to answer questions in the early morning before we left. Our room was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot. The AC was on and blowing cold air and set to 70° but it was still really stuffy in the room.”

“The property was very clean except the gym The treadmill was very dusty and evidence of sweat all over it that was never wiped off for the 3 days I used the gym (weights only). Also, there was a water bottle sitting in the exact same place by the treadmill all 3 days. But outside of the gym, everything else was very clean staff at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. My room was excellent!”

“Some of the housekeeping staff was marginal, but the room itself and the front desk were great. I put a do not disturb sign on my room when I was in the shower. I told the housekeeper why I had done it, she said she would service my room. Never showed. This happened twice in a nine day stay.”
