"The staff was so helpful, kind, friendly, and accommodating for any hotel, but a hotel in a big city was especially delightful. The staff went out of their way to help us. Even the custodian who was mopping the floors right outside the elevator on the floors with the garage was exceptionally friendly. The staff left a key for my husband, since he was flying in late that night and they let us keep our car parked in the garage even after we checked out so we could walk to The Arch. The workers were happy and laughing. I was so impressed. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very busy but the food was good and continued to be resupplied. The floors could have been confusing but signs in the elevator were so helpful."

"The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than expected (biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage patties, muffin bagels, bread, cereal, homemade waffles, yougurt, fruit) The A/C worked very well, however the unit leaked onto the carpet in front of the window. We immediately informed the staff, who told us we couldn't be moved because the hotel was booked, but as guests checked out the next day we could have a different room. We were ok with that, since the ac worked fine. My family and I spent the next day sight-seeing. We checked with the front desk upon returning and were informed that maintenance had checked and the AC was not leaking anymore, they were unsure why it had leaked at all. They claim to have attempted to contact us to change rooms, but were unable to reach us. They had no other rooms available. "

"The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We spent time in the lobby bar and it has a very upscale vibe. The room was a little dated-especially the tub/shower. The parking garage is a couple of blocks away and not the most convenient. The downside of this hotel was actually the unfriendly staff. The valet attendant or possibly he was the bellman never once looked up, smiled or said hello during the many times we were in and out of the hotel. Check-in was awkward as well. Overall the stay was good."

"We always enjoy and like to book at Drury properties. Easy check in. Was a very busy weekend in St. Louis yet staff were relaxed and friendly. Easy self parking 2 blocks away, breakfast very good and as always, Kickback was plentiful!"

"Wonderful time, helpful front staff. Fun art museum on the second floor and the lobby was amazing. The room itself was fantastic and clean and generally in great shape. The HVAC was a bit loud, but not enough to dock any recommendation."
