"Live mice in upstairs bedroom and in kitchen cabinet. Soiled blankets and sofa. Dishwasher had standing water and smelled horrible as did the entire first floor. Did not feel comfortable using anything in kitchen due to mouse droppings and other sanitary issues. "I was not able to enter the property. My check in time was for 3:00 pm they sent me an email at 1:35 pm saying that they couldn’t allow me in the house due to issues. I tried reaching out to someone and not one person answered the phone for me. I’m trying to get my money back and has been getting the runaround. I will never recommend this place to anybody. NO TYPE OF Communication!!!!!"

"The hotel staff was amazing! Not just one or two, but EVERY staff member we came into contact with was so friendly and welcoming. Very refreshing! Location was amazing right next to the arch. We loved the breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. This was our first stay at a Drury hotel and definitely our last one. My only complaint/suggestion would be the property desperately needs updating. "
