“The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful. It was very convenient for dining, especially with Denny's being right next door. The food was awesome. Awesome & Enjoyable Stay here with my family of 7.”

“I have nothing positive to say. Paying over $150 per night for a room should ensure the basics of a safe, clean environment and friendly staff. The smoke detector was sitting on the counter, the trash wasn’t emptied, the tub drain was broken and knob sitting on the tub ledge, not all outlets worked, it wasn’t communicated there was no housekeeping for my 2-night stay. This was all after I requested to be moved from the first assigned room due to an overpowering unidentifiable smell. ”

“Rooms were dirty with roaches. Staff refused to refund me. I didn't stay. Immediately checked back out after seeing the rooms.”

“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room.
