"Amazing"

"I stayed at Drury Inn and had a mixed experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the extras offered were a great touch and definitely appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. The hot tub and pool were both freezing and essentially unusable. The bed was clearly made up of two twin mattresses pushed together instead of a proper queen, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was also very cold when we arrived, and although maintenance did fix it, it wasn’t until the following day. There was also a lot of noise due to construction. During breakfast, the noise was so loud I couldn’t even hear my 5-year-old speak, and it visibly startled another child nearby. We also woke up to construction noise, likely from a room next to or very close to ours. Overall, while the staff and extras were great, the lack of comfort, noise, and maintenance issues made the stay frustrating."

"A really weird thing happened to us in the hotel restaurant. We ordered dinner, food was OK. Waitress asked if we were paying cash or credit card. I said cash. She went to the register and came back and told us verbally that it would be $48 (which I think may have included the cranberry juice that didn't come). No paper bill. I gave her $60 expecting her to come back with change. No change, she just came backa few minutes later and said "have a nice evening." I thought OK, she got a nice tip but I'm not going to fight about it. But the whole thing was weird. Also a bit strange checking in that they had a hard time finding our Expedia reservation."

"Air conditioning in multiple rooms didnt work. Fromt desk reset unit but onky lasted a few hours. Room was mid 70 by morning. "

"Overall a great hotel, nice location, easy valet. It was inconvenient that an elevator was down, we waited for 5 cycles to run before we were able to get to the lobby around breakfast. "
