“The carpeting was sticky we did not take our shoes off until we stepped into the tub/Shower. The shower head leaked between the head and the pipe it comes out of so all of the water ran down the wall and not on your body. We notified the front desk and they said they would have maintenance look at it. When we got back in the evening I checked with the front desk and they said it was fixed. It was NOT fixed so we didn't shower in the morning. Also the TV did not work.”

“4성 이상 호텔인데 매일 룸클리닝 서비스를 하지 않는 호텔은 처음입니다. 전날 신청해야만 가능하며, 그것도 신청해도 진행되지 않는 날도 있었습니다. 다시는 방문하지 않을 겁니다. ”
