“Everything was Great”

“Overall cleanliness was lacking. Toilet not cleaned. Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was disappointing…no coffee ready nor available creamer. Property was quiet but overall disappointed and won’t stay there again”

I do not believe it has been renovated since that time (not sure of year, maybe 2009?). The room this time was just "okay". It was fairly clean but definite signs of wear (paint chipping, water damage on bathroom floor, no shower curtain liner, TV remote didn't not work correctly, etc.).
