“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. “This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it was another great stay. We used the pool, hot tub and breakfast. All were wonderful! They are very accommodating and offered early check-in and moved our room when we told them we were traveling with friends that were also staying. Nothing but great things to say about the people and hotel. We will be back!”
