“This was our first time to checked in at the 3 star hotel with my wife. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. First: the floor has so much dirt as we walked barefoot. My wife need to wiped the floor with wet towel. Towel turns black! I get that we checked in at the 3 star hotel but cleanliness must be the priority of every hotels.
