"We travel to Branson many times over last 20 plus years and stayed at many hotels. I would say that the Lodge of the Ozarks is the best. It is clean, great rooms and the staff are wonderful hardworking people. The breakfast is outstanding!"

"It has only been open about 6 months. Deco is very nice. I wanted to move in permanently. Staff is top notch. Hot breakfast in the morning is made to order. Bar is nice but a little pricey for me but if you just want a quick glass of wine, it is convenient. You do have to pay a daily fee for parking which I thought was unnecessary, but room rates are reasonable."

"The staff were friendly and easy to understand. The room was clean and plenty of towels and wash cloths. Close to everything and clean and well lit on the outside. The breakfast buffet was good and it is included in your stay. Pool looked sparkling and towels are provided at the pool area. It was too cold to be in the water for us at this time. We have stayed here before and will again."

"The pillowcases/sheets had stains, there was clumps of hair on/in the bath tub, and some weird sticky substance on one of the chairs. It was fine bc we brought our own pillows and blankets, but the cleanliness was the only issue. Staff was great, room was fine other than that. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there again. "

"Staircase/fire escape closest to our 2nd floor room was taped off closed and we had to go to staircase several feet further to carry our luggage and other items 2 trips up. The curtain rod was missing off our closet area. No hangers or hooks available to hang clothing. Porch light outside our room did not light up, the one on the room next to ours kept flickering off & on. Killed a roach in our room shortly after arrival. Eggs were watery and in large clumps and OJ was so watered down it had very little color on the Saturday am."

"It is an older hotel but it is spotless and extremely well maintained. The pools and hot tub are nice and clean. The pool seating inside and out are great. The breakfast area is nice with good choices and the staff is outstanding. "

"The property itself is nice the pet friendly atmosphere isn't for me. I have allergies seemed my room had been. Used fir pets prior. For animal lovers with no allergies. This is the place to be."
